School Description

Mt. View Elementary serves approximately 700 students in grades Pre-K-4. We offer specialized programs to meet the needs of our community of diverse learners. Our staff is dedicated to providing a quality education for all students. Teachers plan collaboratively to provide interactive, innovative, and meaningful learning experiences for all students.

Our highly-qualified English Language and Exceptional Education teachers partner with classroom teachers to provide layers of support in the classroom setting. We encourage inclusion practices and have specialists on staff to work with students with special needs.

We offer many unique programs at Mt. View that take place during school and after school hours. Students can hone their skills in athletics, academics, the arts, and community involvement through clubs like Boks, Run Club, Little Kids Rock, Mt. View Mountaineers, Library Leaders, Make a Difference Club, and EL Reading Club.

Additionally, we offer blended learning, which promotes technology integration and allows students to access laptops and iPads in order to enhance their research and learning experiences.
